In Camden Town
In all my guiltless
candor
I recognize my debt.
It's being eight long
days of storms and indecision
which look like
years.
I do: I recognize
my debt.
But
in all fairness
let us remember
that it's been
like a pool game, sort of,
where one ball's lost
without the others
all alone.
And all impossible
to play.
